It was sure to happen. With the turmoil in Syria, it was only going to be a matter of time until the dispensationalists latched onto it and claimed that the prophecy of Isaiah 17 is on the verge of being fulfilled. And sure enough, all sorts of folks are claiming that 1.) Isaiah 17 has never been fulfilled, 2.) It is being fulfilled right before our eyes!
Well, this is, to be blunt, false to the core!
