Question: How do I pay for the items that I ordered.

Answer: When confirming an order, the confirmation page has a PayPal icon which says PAY NOW. In order to transmit an order through PayPal, customers must have a PayPal account in order to finish transmitting the order. After an order is placed, an email will be sent to the registered email address which will contain a link back to the site to finish the payment process. We are working on updating the payment process in the coming weeks to improve the payment process. We appreciate your patience until this is updated.

Question: I click on the PDF icon to convert an articles to a PDF file and I recieve and error when trying to open the file or save the file.

Answer: Most browsers do not have this issue but this issue does exist when using Internet Explorer. This is problem is connected with the Active X component for Internet Explorer. If you have a Adobe Acrobat Reader plugin it must support this Active X component.

 

Question: What is the best way to print articles?

Answer: When viewing most pages and articles on our site, three small icons appear on the top right corner of the page. The printer icon, opens a printer friendly version of the article which can be easily printed.

 

Question: How do I access the message board.

Answer: When you register as a member, on the top and left menus, a menu item will appear to allow you to access the message board. 

 

Question: Why do I register again to access the message board?

Answer: Becoming a registered member to the site does not automatically register you to the message board. Members who would like to join and participate on the message board, will need to register again to the message board.

 

Question: I am having a problem with your website, what should I do?

Question: I am trying to access MP3 audio files that were posted in the past.

Answer: These files have been made accessable to registered members free of charge. Please register and become a member to access these files. After logging in to the site, a Audio Menu item will appear on the top and left panel to access these files.

 

Question: Why does it take so long to download MP3 files?

Answer: MP3 format has become a widely popular format which can be played by most CD players and portable devices. Lessons taught by Don are often very long in duration which often result in a large file to download. Small bandwidths also result in a longer download process.
